NEOLIVER is the newest 3D bioprinting technology EU-funded

On 26-27 February 2025, the Medical Technologies International Forum organized by Leitat, brought together more than a hundred researchers and health professionals from 16 different countries interested in advanced medical technologies. The two-day event agenda included:

Panel 1: The 3D Bioprinting Revolution

The panel 1 – The 3D (Bio-)printing Revolution was composed by the three experts Dr. Erika Györvary, European Affairs Director (CSEM, Switzerland), Dr. Mario Marotta regenerative medicine area leader (LEITAT, Spain) and Prof. Conor Buckley director of the Trinity Centre for Biomedical Engineering (TCBE, Ireland); and moderated by Magí Galindo (Additive Manufacturing advisor).

This session was focused on how 3D (bio-)printing will transform the future of healthcare and NEOLIVER was presented by Dr. Erika Györvary, as the newest EU-funded project to develop the world‘s first autologous bioprinted liver designed for clinical use.
